When you donate a fruit tree to Small Town Duchess, you're putting down roots—literally. Your R500 buys a fruit tree and gets it planted right here on our homestead in Tulbagh.

We choose the variety based on what grows best in our soil and climate. We dig the hole. We add compost. We plant it with care. And from that day on, it's part of our homestead—producing food, feeding pollinators, and giving back.

Every year, the surplus fruit we can't eat or preserve goes to our local soup kitchen. Your tree feeds people you'll never meet, long after your donation is made.

And if we ever run out of space here on the homestead? We'll donate the trees directly to the soup kitchen. They've just acquired land to build their own infrastructure, and your tree could be part of that new beginning.

You'll receive a photo of your tree once it's in the ground, with its name, variety, and planting date. You won't own it—but you'll know you helped put it there.
