Our Garden Veg Soup Starter is the heart of Small Town Duchess. It's a carefully balanced blend of 17 vegetables, herbs, and pulses—all grown and dried right here in Tulbagh. We start with a base of potato flakes and split red lentils for body, then layer in carrots, leeks, celery, onions, pumpkin, gem squash, tomato, mushrooms, green peppers, Swiss chard, and cabbage. Garlic, parsley, and our signature herb blend round it out with warmth and depth.

Just add water or stock, simmer for 20–25 minutes, and you've got a hearty, nourishing soup that tastes like it took all day. One jar serves 2–3 generous bowls.

No preservatives. No artificial anything. Just real vegetables, dried at their peak, and packed with care.
