Our Leek & Potato Soup is simplicity at its best. We start with creamy potato flakes, then layer in dried leeks, a touch of onion, a whisper of garlic, and a gentle hint of thyme. Salt and pepper round it out.

Just add water, stock or milk, simmer for 15–20 minutes, and you've got a bowl of velvety, nourishing soup that tastes like it's been cooking all afternoon. One jar serves 1 generous bowl.
